Overview
Syni Skin came to us with a founder's story most brands would kill for — a former supermodel turning two decades of backstage skincare obsession into her own house. Our job was to make the brand feel as cinematic as the woman behind it from day one.
The challenge
Founder-led celebrity skincare is a crowded shelf, and most of it leans either pharmacy-clinical or wellness-soft. Syni needed a system that read luxury the second you saw the bottle — Miami-confident, slightly tropical, and unmistakably hers — without tipping into resort gift-shop territory.
Our approach
We built the identity around a custom monogram and a warm gold-on-aqua treatment, then translated it across glass, frosted glass, and secondary cartons. Editorial imagery was art-directed poolside and at golden hour — the brand wears the same light the founder built her career in.

Process
Four phases, one retail-ready system.
01
Discovery & Strategy
Founder workshop, competitive audit of celebrity-led skincare, and a clear positioning brief: runway-ready luxury that feels native to Miami, not borrowed from Paris or Seoul.
02
Brand Identity System
Monogram, wordmark, gold-on-aqua palette, and a type system tuned for both small bottle labels and large-format editorial. Built to scale across categories without dilution.
03
Packaging Design
Frosted glass jars, tinted bottles, and matte secondary cartons — every SKU sharing the same brushed-gold cap language so the range reads as one family on shelf.
04
Editorial Imagery
Direction and production for the launch campaign — product still life plus on-model poolside and golden-hour imagery, all on the same warm, cinematic wavelength.

“They built me a brand that finally looks the way Miami feels — and that I'd be proud to put backstage at any show.”
